Pros

For a company that has been running for over 20 years, it's surprisingly startup-like, which means you will be expected to wear multiple hats and pitch in very often. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves, it's a good place to learn and develop different kinds of skill sets. So more responsibilities, more recognition and more opportunities if you have the "can do" attitude.

Cons

Lack of official training so be prepared for the steep learning curve. You will have to incorporate your learning style and needs with the unstructured/shifting environment, and learn from the people in-the-know.
