Good intro to sales, not a good enviorment

Pros

They show you how to grind. From dials to door knocks. Its a great environment to learn how to get into the B2B market

Cons

If you don't get a good territory or list of existing accounts you will fail. That is why the company see's 40+ sales/staff churn every year. If you have a family, I wouldn't recommend working here. There isn't a work/life balance.

Pros

Cheap drinks in the vending machines, and free snacks

Cons

The CEO and CFO are crazy and the sales Reps are not nice to those that aren't sales reps.

Pros

I am currently an account executive at Technifax. Being new to sales when I started, they have been very proactive in providing training and support to make sure I have everything I need to be successful in my position. The sales managers and VP of Sales are very attentive and readily answer any questions that have come up and offer suggestions on how to improve my sales technique. They provide great monthly incentives and a bonus program with great trips. They are a fun group of people and really care about their employees.

Cons

Sometimes their support and training is too much.
