Uncapped Commission plus base salary

Cons

The CEO is absolutely awful. Does not care about his employees, only his money. The focus here is primarily selling printers, which is old technology this day and age.

Pros

The best part of Technifax is the Very friendly environment . Pay is good, you have to better your self too better Technifax. Snack jars a plus and the drinks are cheap not a 1.00.

Cons

Hehe don't we all have cons? Nothing will ever be what we all want , but be greatfull for having a steady job instead. Having a great attitude towards life is easier than stressing over cons.

- The people here are amazing - I've met some of my best friends working here - Quarterly prizes, trips, and bonuses for top performers - Supportive culture - everyone wants you to succeed - Company is staying up-to-date with industry trends and expanding our portfolio to provide even more opportunity for sales success - Leads provided for you - there's a tm department to set appointments for you on top of the ones you set yourself - Freedom - it's outside sales, so you have a lot of freedom with your day-to-day schedule, and you're not stuck sitting behind a desk from 8-5 - You have the ability to take Friday off if you're at your quota

Cons

- High turnover: This comes with the profession. You hate to see people leave, but no matter what company you work for there's going to be turnover in sales. - No 401k matching
