Not a Great Place to Work..Well if you like low job security and no raises

Pros

Work/Life Balance---i worked 8 to 5 and was able to leave the job there. It did not follow me home.

Cons

So many not sure where to start. Let your leaders...Lead. Actually look for your employees doing right instead of threatening them. Develop your employees instead of heavy turnover.
