"Super User-Friendly" – Their tools or services are easy to use. "Always Improving" – They’re constantly upgrading and enhancing their tools. "Creative Solutions" – They think outside the box and come up with clever fixes. "Easy to Deal With" – No fuss or hassle when working with them. "Trustworthy and Reliable" – You can count on them to follow through. "Clear Communication" – They keep you in the loop and make things easy to understand. "Great leadership—managers really know their stuff." "Offers flexible work options"

Cons

The workload is heavy with a small team—could really use a few more hands on deck. It’d be great to see more perks like OT pay and added incentives for the team.

What I like about working at TechnologyAdvice is that they are actively enhancing DEI initiatives and prioritizing work-life balance and wellness. The team (including those from different departments) is friendly, and the culture is dynamic and engaging.

Cons

Salary is considerably competitive, but I think it can be improved. The company is also undergoing constant changes, which can be challenging for some people to keep up with at times.
