Working at TA makes me a champion!
Pros
- The culture is one of a kind. - Their values are always practiced. - If you do your best at TA, they will reward you for your hard work. - They take into account not only your professional development, but also your personal. - Occasional team buildings and get togethers, shouldered by the company. - Good opportunities for extra bonus from First Friday presentations to referrals. - They're registered in the Philippines which says a lot about their integrity and commitment to the laborers of this country. - We follow the PH holidays. - 13th month pay! - 4-day work week! - Macbook laptop! - Best CEO ever!
Cons
- No HMO (but are willing to provide reimbursements) - No overtime pay (because they highly encourage work-life balance) - You have to apply for your own Metrobank card (hopefully they can provide for payroll account) - Majority of the roles are night shift in order to collaborate with the U.S. team (but they allow schedule changes, just be honest of your hardships) - No sponsorship of U.S. visa (as someone who wants to apply for one, it would be complicated to explain where I work but hopefully an ITR is enough) - You only get a maximum of 19 days both vacation and sick leave. It would be nice to follow the usual 15 days VL and another 15 days for SL.
