Pros

- The culture is one of a kind. - Their values are always practiced. - If you do your best at TA, they will reward you for your hard work. - They take into account not only your professional development, but also your personal. - Occasional team buildings and get togethers, shouldered by the company. - Good opportunities for extra bonus from First Friday presentations to referrals. - They're registered in the Philippines which says a lot about their integrity and commitment to the laborers of this country. - We follow the PH holidays. - 13th month pay! - 4-day work week! - Macbook laptop! - Best CEO ever!

Cons

- No HMO (but are willing to provide reimbursements) - No overtime pay (because they highly encourage work-life balance) - You have to apply for your own Metrobank card (hopefully they can provide for payroll account) - Majority of the roles are night shift in order to collaborate with the U.S. team (but they allow schedule changes, just be honest of your hardships) - No sponsorship of U.S. visa (as someone who wants to apply for one, it would be complicated to explain where I work but hopefully an ITR is enough) - You only get a maximum of 19 days both vacation and sick leave. It would be nice to follow the usual 15 days VL and another 15 days for SL.

Pros

- Great coworkers who are supportive - Free beer on Fridays (more on that later)

Cons

- Management recently installed workforce management software and is imposing impossible-to-achieve “performance” goals based solely on undefined active use of work computers - Employees at all levels are left wondering about goals, outcomes of initiatives or efforts, and company direction with little input on how to truly succeed at their efforts - Decisions seem to be made in the dark with what I assume is a ouija board and the skull of Alastair Crowley because they certainly don’t seem based on the best interests or needs of the company or the employees - Get ready to be nimble because all you’ll hear is “pivot!” in meeting after meeting as senior management yanks the company from one extreme direction to another on a moment’s notice, meaning basically you’ll be dancing a passo doble on DWTS - For a company that values transparency and challenging mediocrity, asking for resources to accomplish tasks is kind of like picking a case on Deal or No Deal. You may get what you ask for or you may get sent packing - DE&I efforts are skin deep, and the company goes out of its way to segregate its international workforce from its US team in all company culture events - But there is free beer on Fridays, which you’ll need because, if you spend any time working here, one of your life goals will most certainly be “Become a raging alcoholic”
