They guide you, and are there whenever help is needed, not looking over your shoulder constantly or trying to control you. -You are free to do whatever you want as long as the job gets done. Break times aren't set, nor monitored. You won't be scolded for resting for too long. Efficiency is valued far more over amount of time sitting in front of the desk. Get the job done and not one eyebrow will be raised if you disappear for an hour in the middle of paid working hours. -Teamwork is a major helpline and method of approach, you can count on your colleagues to help if you're in trouble or stuck.
