      Pros

      There's a strong sense that they care about the advancement and growth of their employees, even seasonal or low level ones. Very safety conscious and flexible work culture. Generally an enjoyable and positive group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Living and working in a remote site away from home is always hard. The strain on personal life that comes with that is the hardest part of the job.

      You get to work outside in beautiful Alaskan winters.

      Cons

      They don’t care about your progression in terms of the hours of work you put in. Once they see talent they will find a way to make that person stay at the same competency level until they leave.
