The benefit plan at Teck Resources is second to none, Total compensation package is way better than market. The company has offices across globe and thus provides a unique platform for you to grow.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company's major products (copper, zinc and coal) are so subjective to the volatile economy, which may seriously impact one's job security. Also the bureaucratic HR policy of performance review (two or more times / year) is a waste of time. Too many people are doing little or no contributions to the company.
