Pros

TECK has been an exceptional company to work for. In my experience this has been the most challenging and rewarding company I have been employed with. TECK clearly makes safety and sustainability their primary focus.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business unit I'm employed with the planning of certain projects is at times rushed. Not to say that TECK does not cover safety and performance objectives it just usually demands a extra attention and effort to complete.
