      Co workers, some interesting parts, PTO, 401k

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing and are purposely pushing customers away. No room for personal growth unless you can lie to management like how the current operations manager got his position.

      Pros

      Pretty decent benefits and pay, at least until the medical insurance change for 2021. A number of employees there are truly exceptional.

      Cons

      Executive management is driving the company into the ground. There has been a decrease in sales due to COVID, but the number of VP and senior management positions brought into the company over the last 2 years has been ridiculous (3x!), while the rank and file employees have had raises and bonuses halted or promised and then not followed through on.
