We have had 3 GM's in 18 months and we are constantly changing direction. Which is very troubling.

Cons

Lots of kinks to work out in terms of communication, org structure, and identity.

benefits were ok but not the same at all locations (vacation time)

Cons

hiring too many generals, plants suffer with having to reduce people to pay for them. Lots of turnover- should look internal at company leadership. Multiple different systems to run operations but none used efficiently. Lack of overall training.
