Great group of co-workers/team members. Hard working and dedicated.

Cons

Under staffed, recruiting team ineffective, yet output expectations continue to climb. Budget insufficient to accomplish demanded projects. Not enough money, not enough people, and we’re doing it too slowly. Great employees are getting burned out. I used to love coming to work. Now I dread it.
