      Unapproachable management

      Vacation starts at 3 weeks for new employees, good 401K, good medical benefits, has HSA, I’ve received a bonus every year

      Cons

      Management not in touch with employees, they do not have interaction with floor employees; most managers show a superiority complex to lower employees, it’s possible they don’t actually feel that way but unfortunately it shows up a lot. I’m not sure if they really want to know what is going on. They put up these tracking boards through the plant and no one really understands what they are for. A few of them look at them and then they’re gone until next week. No explanation of the contents of the boards. Seems like a big secret.
