Pros

Good work / life balance. Not a very stressful job most days. Customer demand leads to everyone hustling. New general manager in Wilmington.

Cons

Base pay is well below industry average. Management is out of touch with employees. HR has no idea how to recruit, what LinkedIn is, or co-ops are.

Close to home and decent money. Some friendly staff and shift work isn't too bad

The management in this company isn't great and if you ever call I'm sick they always thinking your not. Absolutely no chance of promotion
