      Building was nice and new.

      Cons

      This is by far the worst company I have worked for. Absolutely no accountability, unprofessional management, and pure lack of skills from the top up. The pay was mediocre and benfits plan was a joke. The entire engineering team, customer service team, sales team and production management team were never on the same page, so customers were constantly confused. VP, managers, and directors were all oblivious to thier employee issues with one and other. How they stay in business is amazing.

      Fair pay & benefits, fairly nice facilities.

      Cons

      Organization is a mess. Just keep bolting on companies, no real communication downward about why a company was added, or how it affects other existing divisions. People brought in from the outside are considered to be "super stars", while those who actually toiled for years helping to build the company are ignored. There doesn't seem to be any long term plan for getting out of the constant "panic and expedite" mode, of if there is one, it was never communicated down to people at my level. Would be nice to see as much money invested in true technical expertise as is being spent on all of the bureaucrats that keep showing up; just how many Vice Presidents does one company need?

      Pros

      The benefit package is good - three weeks PTO when you start, plus decent health benefits. Physical work environment healthy and safe.

      Cons

      A lack of communication between departments, low moral, lack of accountability and continuity, minimal recognition for employees and their efforts.
