      Local management does not align with Global goals

      Pros

      - Low site-level management engagement allows for access to training from coworkers and interactions with employees from various parts of the shop - Machinists are able to suggest modifications to processes and (eventually) have them reviewed and added to work instructions - Tecomet Global seems to be trying to structure things in order to enable clear communication and employee engagement

      Cons

      - No formal training structure - Minimal management engagement at site level - Deep lack of communication - Global notices and updates are not always reflected at the site level - Safety/cleanliness is treated as a chore rather than assumed as a basic necessity

      Management doesn't listen to employees, plays favorites. Makes promises that they don't keep. Integrity and ethics not part of this company.
