Pros

The lower level management and the corporate management are fantastic. Benefits are incredible. There are frequent gifts and tokens of appreciation sent to employees.

Cons

Depending on the contract you end up supporting, you could have a nice simple 8 hour workday, or be on a team that works 10-18 hours a day and is constantly hounded for more. Practically anyone that applies gets hired leading to a great divide in individuals skating by and others carrying the burden for no incentive. Salary is significantly lower than competition. No pay increase for security clearances despite data to back up the claim for a raise.
