Cons

There are so many areas for improvement, and solutions were provided, but a select couple people in management are either too lazy or dont care to take action.

Combine this with strong leadership that remain fully engaged, care about their people and focus on customer service, and it’s easy to see why TekSynap has been rated as one of the top places to work for the last 2 years. I have absolutely no regrets about joining TekSynap and strongly encourage those looking to start or continue IT careers to check them out.
