Great company benefits, health care premiums cost are low and have not increase in over two years. advance training always available, great communication with management and upper management, very generous company to employees.

To be honest...their is no cons because I'm completely satisfied and content with working with this company.

Company culture is amazing. TekSynap truly cares about their employees. It's been almost 2 years since I have been here, and it has been great. The benefits are the best I have ever seen, including a yearly training budget per employee.

None that I can think of right now.

Pros

The leadership of TekSynap genuinely care about the employees. Benefits are platinum level - Company paid medical deductible, 5% match on 401k, $5,000 vacation award after 5 years and then $10,000 after 10 years of employment!; minimum $1000 referral bonus; annual $5000 training budget per employee. The benefits list goes on and on. Crawfish boils, baseball games, hockey games, and football games are all events that have occurred in the past year!

After two and a half years, I still have no cons
