My position worked IT and let me tell you it was an amazing time in my life, I'll spare the extraneous details and say that if you have a secret clearance and a Security+ cert and are local you can't beat this company!

Cons

TekSynap themselves actually didn't have any cons that I can think of, the recruitment process was awesome and the people I worked with were amazing, I just wish I could have kept up.

Company culture is great, management really looks after the people. Very interesting work and good opportunities depending on what contract you are in and what your career plans are. Good benefits and PTO/holidays

Cons

The contract you are working under will determine what advancements you can make at that location. Pay is good but similar roles at different companies can have a higher starting salary. Holidays are subject to your specific role on the specific contract.
