This company is very unprofessional, lacks common sense and will stress you out to the max. -regional managers are very disrespectful and talk to everyone below them like children. -Does not assist you when in the field and only add more duties that's not part of your duties. -this company is terrible at micro-managing - I have experience racism on multiple occasions as a black man which I didn't report because HR is pretty much non-existent. -The company lacks diversity -The Company culture is very cliquish, if you don't fit their standard, you can't join the boy's club. -There is no boundaries between personal life and the job. - My manager pretty much told me in my review that "I am a basic worker with no drive to better myself for myself or the team because I refuse to take classes on my free time which I have no interest in because its not part of my end goal.😂 Sounds personal to me, I have receipts. -You will have not have much time unless your'e off the road because the managers you are working under or the regional managers constantly hassle you about work things at any time day or night (the job is salaried). - Regional managers constantly lie or will leave you hanging when there's an issue and then don't believe you when you're actually on site and they're at home and treat you as if you don't know how to do your job. - For a traveling job, they are very cheap, they micro-manage your spending on the company credit card, so why even do a financial check and have employees apply for it. -This company will do anything to please the client, and it if takes dragging exhausted, underpaid, stressed employees, they will do it with no issue. - On a good note outside all the negative, couple of the managers are great and do their job well where you have others that want to feel their power and treat you like a child. -You will stay broke because you have to spend you own money on the road. -IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF AND YOUR HEALTH, CHOOSE ANOTHER JOB. side note: yes I am disgruntled employee because of my experiences with this company. No one deserves to be talked to and treated the way I was. Everything in this review is completely true and if asked I can provide receipts.
