+ In your first year you get 104 Hours of PTO and 12 Hours of Personal Time + Management works with you on personal issues that suddenly occur + The company does alot of little things to celebrate and say thank you to the employees + Great 401K

Cons

- Pay is lower than other company's close by - Health premiums are outrageous for the coverage you receive($140/week for family plan) - 12 Hour rotating shift

None really just a bottom of the barrel job

Cons

Backstabbing everywhere. Last minute meetings constantly when you're on the way out the door. Micromanaging if you're not popular with the the ancient employees. Private equity owned. Horrible benefits. Mandatory overtime at the last minute no planning by supervisors/management.
