The leadership team is relational and approachable, which is rare in a company of this size. People are supportive, and foster a genuine team environment. They pay for performance, and follow through with clear opportunities for growth and advancement. Tekni-Plex also takes management seriously, and spends time investing in talent rather than just collecting it.
