so far so good, my company was purchased in May by Tekni-plex. Everyone I have met from corporate has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Loss of flexibility, corporate staff making decisions that were made by the local owners

Pros

The executive leadership team is strong & stable and has a demonstrated track record of good business decisions and hiring the right people. The company has been growing bottom line for YOY for several years with the current top management team. Lots of smart and highly motivated people in this organization.

Cons

It's owned by a Private Equity company and has large amount of debt on its balance sheet. The management team must thread a fine line between organic growth, acquisition, consolidation and meeting ownership expectations. Company benefit is not competitive vs companies of similar size.
