Pros

Very safety conscious-the Corp wants me to be happy And safe. Extremely fair and competitive pay. Eager to keep me challenged. CEO and COO are awesome and get to know the employees at all levels.

Cons

Sometimes overwhelmed with too many initiatives to improve things. Would be great to have some time to master the process before moving on to the next.
