great food in canteen, most people on the ground are nice.

Women majority management, favoritism, no career growth for most even they done a good job for many years.

It's considered to be a relatively large company where i live, although it's remote. Opportunities are given if asked.

Family-oriented atmosphere, & fellow employees are very helpful to each other. Frequent participation in major festivals, employee recognition,& team building activities.

Cons

Too many internal meetings such as WIGs, some of which are doing it for the sake of doing. Setup in Asia are outdated
