Pros

Have lots of opportunities to participate in project. Environment is kinda stress free, people there are helpful.

Cons

pay is not very comparative. Management change quite frequently resulting in ways of doing things and ideas keep on changing.

As a result, we are able to create career paths for our employees allowing them to move into new positions. Regarding pay, we benchmark our salaries against market data on a yearly basis and believe we our salaries are very competitive.

All in all a terrible experience. No direction or proper training was given by dotted line functional manager based in USA. Solid line manager based in Singapore had zero knowledge in the scope of work and so was of zero support. HR meanwhile was eager to redefine contractual job description and dump extra duties that no one really wants to take onto new hires.
