Professionl and hands-on approach to learning for juniors and all the developers in general
Pros
Have been with this company for close to a year now and never a moment where work life balance was compromised. Great place to learn and get hands on with new technologies. Very accomodating colleagues who guide us in the right direction. They give their best and expect the best from their employees which I honestly dont see as too much to ask. They have been more than accomodating with any requests from employees for leaves even though it was hurting the work deadlines
Cons
Have been trying to understand and see the truth to these reviews for a few months now. A couple of employees have been let go when I joined, for reasons of fraud and forgery from the company. These reviews have constantly been flowing since then and the only reason I see for this is to kind of pass on things to defame the company with no truth. The only thing I have seen in the company is that it is only for people who are passionate for work or learning and certainly not for folks who prefer to be hidden and not prefer to come out with their work. Another is that the company takes its policies seriously which I have noticed a lot of employees dont like probably because of where they are coming from.
