Pros

The people are often nice and get you through the day. The pay and benefits are better than the majority of the call centers in the area. Each person has their own desk which they can decorate.

Cons

There is a very clear disconnect between management and the employees. We are promised bonuses that are nearly impossible to meet (especially during the busy season), middle management is wishy-washy and doesn't have clear answers to the most basic of questions, and the company does nothing in the form of bettering work-life balance. Mostly empty promises.

Positive environment Skilled coworkers Small company enthusiasm I'm enjoying my time at Teladoc more than I have at any job in a long time. Being a small company there is very little in-fighting - a spirit of cooperation is the general vibe. Compensation is decent as are the benefits. And it is nice to work someplace where you feel you make a difference, both at the departmental level and who knows - maybe the national level if telahealth takes off.

Cons

Like any small innovative company anything can happen, the company could decline rapidly if things go south. But Senior Management seems solid and it is a leader in its market. Hey - this is the 21st Century. No such thing as a secure job. And being a small company while opportunities for personal growth are available there isn't really a career ladder to climb.
