Not professional. Too many problems in production. QA team don't know how to go detail to identify and solve problems. They tend to avoid and hide problems. Hostile to innovation and innovative people.

Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

People are disposable and hiring decisions are short sighted. If you are looking for security, look elsewhere. Some are promoted over and over, regardless of actual abilities. Others grind away without recognition. If you aren’t in, you’re out.

Work from home benefits overshadowed by declining toxic culture

Work from home, decent compensation, decent work life balance.

Cons

Culture and overall morale heading towards toxic levels, constant layoffs, declining quality of leadership and accountability, lack of mature SDLC process, pullback on benefits from previous years. Prior to the Livongo merger Teladoc was a wonderful and special place to work. Things began to decline quickly after the merger and never recovered. My rating and review reflects the current state not the past state.
