IT is badly managed, After countless layoffs, moral is at an extremely low point. Every day you have an eerie feeling that you are in "Squid Game" and you could be the next one to be eliminated (laid off). Nepotism runs rampant as the new IT management is laying off experienced engineers and replacing them with their buddies from Centene. Nothing is getting done in practice, just presentation after presentation of how AI will transform the company. Very sad as this used to be an amazing place to work.

The only pro was working remotely.

Cons

No longer the leader in telemedicine. Constant layoffs, lack of accountability, and transparency. Complete turnover amongst leadership over the last year led to no change. Lay off entire teams as a group. This place is laughable.

A few standout engineers who genuinely care about quality. Decent salary and benefits package.

Cons

A strategic QA initiative I helped lead was suddenly reassigned without explanation, credit, or proper hand-off. It was taken over by others with limited understanding, resulting in a weaker and less effective version. Leadership decisions increasingly favored internal alliances over actual capability or results. Meritocracy is treated more as a buzzword than a core value. The layoff came at a personally difficult time, handled with little consideration or transparency.
