Pros

Telamon is really focused on the employees. You can tell there is authentic care and concern for people. The work is exciting since we are focused in the booming 5G space. I'm really enjoying my time with this great company.

Cons

The workload is a lot. You have to manage your time really well.

Telamon is a minority owned business that fosters diversity and works each day to maintain a culture of transparency & trust. The leadership team regularly communicates with the entire organization through email and more importantly town hall/all hands meetings to ensure the entire organization is informed of corporate goals, financials and other key objectives. Professional and personal development are supported through professional development dollars and tuition reimbursement. Flexible work environment for many roles.

Cons

Some roles require a considerable amount of travel.
