Pros

I had enjoyed leading my own jobs and providing the best quality I could until they were all about speed before quality. I loved having weekends and all holidays off.

Cons

They cared about employees at first then they decided to constantly push their failures on to installers and never their engineers. Throwing a job together to make money instead of providing the quality they could.

Good hard working techs. Nice people to work with and they do quality work.

Cons

The people in the office underbid jobs and blame it on the guys in the field who are trying to do quality work. They don't charge for extra work we do then complain the job is losing money. If you complain the manager will retaliate against you one way or another.
