Very disorganized company from the top down.

Pros

The pay is ok not good but ok. However if you work 60 hours a week because they don't want to hire more help how much are you really taking home?

Cons

No work life balance at all. You can work 60 hours a week and it will never be enough don't let them fool you otherwise. You have to work this hard because half the time your doing work other people should have already done. "Insert politically correct" response from Telamon HR...the typical HR cover the company response doesn't fix anything so don't fall for it this place is a disorganized mess.

Pros

Big company with plenty of capital, they make you a lot of promises and supply you with company vans for business use.

Cons

They are very cheap when it comes to paying their employees. This job requires a ton of travel, and they skimp big time on food and lodging for their employees. They are owned by Chinese people who have no respect for anyone who is not Asian

I’m sorry that our current solution didn’t work for you. It is an area that we’re discussing on an ongoing basis, so it may be that future changes will be more in line with what you were looking for. I’m very concerned to hear that you felt that only Asian employees were treated with respect during your time with us. One of our core values is Harmony. While it is certainly true that our founder drew on his Taiwanese heritage when he expressed that vision for our company’s values, the intent was not to exclude those from different nationalities or traditions. It was explicitly meant to include everyone in the Telamon family. I think that’s demonstrated by our exceptionally diverse workforce and the partnership they exhibit daily. Pros

Growing company with good benefits. You are able to advance within the company but you might need to relocate. Telamon is diversified with several different revenue streams so all of there eggs are not in one basket

Cons

At this time I can not think of any negatives working at Telamon Corporation. Perhaps Telamon can become even more diversified.
