Telamon is a minority owned business that fosters diversity and works each day to maintain a culture of transparency & trust. The leadership team regularly communicates with the entire organization through email and more importantly town hall/all hands meetings to ensure the entire organization is informed of corporate goals, financials and other key objectives. Professional and personal development are supported through professional development dollars and tuition reimbursement. Flexible work environment for many roles.

Cons

Some roles require a considerable amount of travel.

The only positive to this company is that I was on day shift hours and negotiating my salary was fairly easy to what I wanted.

Cons

The employee culture was very bad. Employees could not speak English and very hard to understand.
