Pros

TeleSolv pay is excellent and they reward employees for good work and offers flexible working schedules.

Cons

Once a contract is over, they may not have work to replace you but they will help with references and suggesting other pathways.

Pros

The pay was okay, and the remote work setting was nice.

Cons

Didn't leave much room for growth within the company. Poor engagement from the executives at the highest level. No annual bonus.
