Pros

TeleSolv does a good job of recognizing its employees (the ones that put in ). I worked hard for 15 months, and then got another position with more pay.

Cons

There were a lotta whiny people "working" beside me and some of them were TeleSolv employees. They complained about everything, even the bonuses they received.

HR Incompetence

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

None that I can think of. I was honestly better off under my old contract. There is virtually no incentive to work for these people.

Cons

HR is a joke with this company. What I've experienced in two months is massive incompetence regarding processing new employees, getting paychecks to employees in a timely fashion (and with direct deposit), and even having professional forms (such as workman's comp) for employees to fill. Seriously, HR fabricated a workman's comp form on the spot for an employee, and it wasn't even a good one. There is also no work/life balance. As well as this, HR lost EVERYONE'S on boarding paperwork, and the generalist apparently has a email server the size of an Apple II computer. No pay raise under new contract. Pay hasn't been raised for over seven years, not even for cost of living.

TeleSolv Consulting Response

HR is built into this particular contract and managed by our Prime contractor and partner, which is independent of TeleSolv - FCi and TeleSolv are separate entities. We do not have HR representatives assigned to the contract, therefore, it is not possible for our personnel to process a worker's comp claim "on the spot". At our request, the Prime contractor now permits our personnel on the contract to call the carrier directly if there is a need to file a worker's comp claim. We are not aware of any lost paperwork. Company pay dates can be found on the employee portal. Contract wages have been established by the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Prime had several meetings with state representatives regarding wage increases. However, the increases were not supported by state representatives or DOL. As you are already aware, a large number of employees have been covered under a CBA, several years before we arrived. While we have a different perspective of the items listed in your message, we have reviewed and responded to each one. Thank you for sharing your experience on the contract. Other reviews regarding this contract are available on this website.
