The owners of this company operate from an ivory tower, projecting an attitude that everyone else is beneath them. To describe them as "cold" would be a compliment; "misanthropic" is a far more accurate term. They claim to seek the best of the best, but the moment you walk through the door, they belittle and undermine you at every turn, often contradicting themselves by calling you the "expert" while dismantling every decision you make.
The internal culture is paralyzed by fear. Employees at every level are terrified to make decisions because there is absolutely no room for error—ZERO. This fear-based environment fosters a "pass-the-buck" mentality where no one wants to take responsibility, lest they face blame or backlash.
Dedicated, hard-working employees who genuinely care about their roles are terminated without warning and without severance, often after years of service. Why? Because they refuse to participate in the toxic behavior of throwing others under the bus. This practice has cultivated a culture of mistrust and toxicity. If you're not part of the "in-crowd," your days at the company are numbered.
Compensation and benefits are equally disheartening. There is no bonus structure, and your salary will remain stagnant for years. Health insurance is prohibitively expensive, and the PTO offered is far below industry standards.
To make matters worse, policies and procedures change unpredictably and without notice, leaving employees scrambling to adapt. The lack of communication and foresight compounds an already toxic work environment.
This is, without question, the most toxic workplace I have ever encountered. Proceed with caution, and be prepared for an experience that may leave you questioning your professional worth and personal sanity.
