great flexibility and no much pressure from management, people oriented colture

Cons

complex processes and lack of guidance for the people outside Italy Management has not clear direction nor strategy. CEO changes at each seasons due to TIM controll, ex state company ( some position are covered by political nominee) Average age of employee is high... Italian culture, pragmatism is not its forte...
