Pros

I'm still having a blast here. It's been an honor to see the company grow quality products, staff, and profits AND to be a part of the process as we enter an enterprise level of operations.

Cons

Normal startup issues that are fortunately dealt with in a positive fashion by experienced staff.

Pros

I love coming to work everyday because I enjoy working with everyone at Tempered Networks. There is a lot very smart people here at Tempered Networks, which makes it a great place to learn new skills and to contribute to the success of the company.

Cons

Honestly, Parking is the only thing I would like to have improvement on. Right now there is no parking available for my Lamborghini.
