Pros

Been here for almost a year and its been as fun and invigorating as the first startup that I came to Seattle for in 98. Great people with a positive “we can do it” attitude throughout. Very little imposed hierarchy. The ‘O” crowd are accessible and open to hallway or in office conversations from everyone. I’ve never seen anyone turned away.

Cons

While this sounds contrived, I don’t have any complaints. We have successfully passed through a few early growing pains and are riding high with a great roadmap.

Exciting atmosphere with lots of challenge. Huge potential, both because of our technology and our people. Well compensated and competitive benefits with attractive stock options. Nimble leadership and opportunity for cross-team collaboration.

Cons

In many ways, our technology precedes the market. Our biggest challenge is in helping people understand why we matter now.

Cons

Tempered Networks is a new innovative way to do cyber security. Therefore educating the market place is a key endeavor. It is the most scalable way to hide your resources from the threats every system faces and getting people to trust and see that is going to be one of the keys to future success.
