Pros

I love working at Tempered Networks because of the family oriented culture that exists here. As an intern, I'm actually gaining valuable and relevant work experience. There's also a great opportunity for growth and I'm excited for Tempered Networks to grow and take-off!

Cons

Not too many cons other than traffic (depending on which direction you come from) and availability of parking.

Awesome startup with no shortage of challenging work

Pros

Great set of people, very interesting problems to work on, great place for self-motivated technical people, who like to learn and push the envelope. I love it.

Cons

As in most startups, salary is not super-competitive, but not lousy either. Downtown Seattle commute could be an issue if you live in the boonies (but is considered a perk by those of us who don't)

Not a lot of Cons, only thing I do not like is not a lot of parking
