If you are in the GT program you will have lots of training and growth opportunities if your management is good. Global company. Good benefits.

Cons

Management can be very inconsistent across departments. Work/life balance for operations/maintenance can be very bad. Culture and technology varies wildly across facilities. Frequent layoffs depending on facility.
