Pros

Tenaris took into account my previous experience when offering me the position, in terms of pay and vacation time. My schedule is pretty flexible, and my boss encourages me to take time off when needed to take care of personal matters.

Cons

Alot of things are not explained when starting the position. The company is very structured and go by the "Tenaris Way" which doesn't always work. Seeing as this is a global company, something that works in Mexico may not work the same in PA. Language barriers are huge!

Good compensation. Good work-life balance. Trips from time to time (if you are given the possibility... sometimes the decisions aren't super clear).

Cons

Quite traditional. Working environment is not the best at times, specially at the mill. Some decisions are not too transparent internally in teams.
