      Pros

      The company is very good for people of latin culture and who are bilingual in spanish.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, no empathy or compassion for employees, no appreciation for their blue collar employees, limited promotability for Americans.

      Pros

      Overall good company to work for in terms of longevity, they do offer wide training but not much hands on

      Cons

      The overall experience is ok but getting to that point is a long one. The training system and Tenaris is a long one and they throw you out that with little of it and expect you to perform from small classes but with help from current employees you somehow survive eventually. Also it very hard to climb the ladder in this company because the promote mainly Argentinans over qualifications

      Pros

      A 2-year program incorporating two rotations (1 per year) along with a month long trip to Argentina for additional training.

      Cons

      It is difficult to predict where you will end up as Tenaris has multiple plants across Houston. Also, many find it difficult to sustain a proper work-life balance. Furthermore, new graduates within the programs are asked to perform at high standards due to a strict evaluation system.
