Pros

Coworkers were great. The pay was standard for the industry. Very good benefits even though it seemed they were being trimmed yearly.

Cons

Poor management and very few US promotions. As each year passed a foreign manager was brought in to take over for competent managers. Layoffs were large for US workers, but they seemed to find a place for persons brought in on visas.

Pros

The company offers reasonable pay and flexible work hours with good benefits, 401k and health. Convenient location in the heart of the Galleria district.

Cons

I find the environment to be extremely bureaucratic and not very transparent. The company is not open to change. Disgruntled employees can give off a very negative energy that is not helpful in creating a healthy work environment.

Very professional, best company on its industry (steel OCTG pipe). Always looking for more, never boring. Helps you keep always looking for the extra step.

Cons

Too political, growth options are tricky if you dont get a mentor. Tend to be a boring industry. Management does not show appreciation for employees.
