      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, monthly bonus and yearly reviews up to a 15% pay increase per year. Company paid training and certification

      Cons

      When the oil industry tanks they drop you like a sack of dirty diapers. Not a lot of room for personal company growth unless you are in tight with upper management

      Pros

      -safe -good 401k -decent insurance -TIIP bonus(especially good if you are getting overtime) -decent pay -able to take classes

      Cons

      -poor management(depending on department) -scheduling and planning issues -emergency crew does not help regular maintenance even on an emergency breakdown(I've been called out of bed to come in and fix a break down. What is the purpose of an emergency crew?)
