Knowledge of what is going on everywhere in the company Higher level view than other employees Intelligent Coworkers

Cons

Understaffed currently - employees overloaded. There were lots of layoffs during the last downturn - and now that production is ramping up to record highs, new employees still have not been hired to replace the ones let go let alone account for the new work introduced.
