      Pros

      fellow employees are more like family than coworkers

      Cons

      No transparency in pay. No respect given to long term employees that stayed even during the slow times. Compensation and benefits only given a 2 star because while the insurance is the best around the pay is the worst.

      Some people are good people and treat you fairly.

      Pay for work expected Hours Schedule flexibility Management Discriminatory towards anyone not from Mexico, Brazil, or Argentina!!! HR is completely complacent and duplicitous in the discrimination. High turn over rate!!! Illegal pay for work expected, paying straight salary hours for work passed 40 and no overtime even though your job demands you perform physical labor daily! There’s honestly to much to list…

      Pay isn’t that bad, but I know they intentionally under pay people.

      Cons

      A huge imbalance of people you support. There is a true lack of support. Many of the tasks you could do are withheld for other countries to do and slows down and limits your ability to do your job.
